A leading biopharma company is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis who will provide strategic financial partnership and lead the financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for the PBS Division. This hands-on leader will drive annual budgeting, deliver executive-level insights, and mentor junior team members. Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years of FP&A experience, a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred), and strong analytical skills.
This role is 100% remote within the US & Canada.
