Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour. on W2

Join our Americas Strategic Finance team within Digital Media suite, focusing on Attrition and Migrations forecasting. This position is at the forefront of shaping financial strategies, identifying industry trends, and evaluating market dynamics to support growth and resilience. Immerse yourself in a role that offers direct interaction with senior finance leaders, cross‑departmental collaborations, and a pivotal part in strategic financial planning.

• Drive critical financial initiatives and support strategic decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to refine and implement financial strategy.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Power
  
  BI, Anaplan) to enhance forecasting accuracy and insights.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the finance domain.
• Engage in quarterly and long‑term financial planning, presenting findings and strategies to senior leadership.

• Profound financial analysis and forecasting abilities.
• High proficiency in Excel and at least one of the following:
  Tableau, Power
  
  BI, or Anaplan.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within the tech industry preferred. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.

• Preferred hybrid work setup in the San Jose office (2 days a week).
• Open to candidates located within the Bay Area for remote work arrangements.
