A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily payroll tax funding, reconciliations, and federal, state, local, and Canadian tax filings
- Perform quarter-end and year-end processing, including W2, W2c, and 941 reconciliations and audits
- Research and resolve payroll tax notices and coordinate with ADP and government agencies
- 5-8 years of North American payroll tax experience
- Canadian payroll tax experience required
- Hands‑on experience with W2, W2c, and 941 reconciliation and corrections
- Experience resolving tax notices and familiarity with ADP Smart Compliance preferred
