* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of treasury professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
* Direct and oversee large‑scale, complex treasury initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
* Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with banking partners and financial institutions, acting as the senior point of contact.
* Ensure compliance with all treasury‑related policies, regulations, and reporting requirements, maintaining strong controls and risk management practices.
* Maintain oversight of Treasury vendors, including SLA performance, issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, contract negotiation, and ongoing process optimization to maximize value and mitigate risk.
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and controls across the treasury function.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, accounting, and business partners to align treasury strategies with broader corporate objectives.
Qualifications
* 12+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, including senior‑level leadership responsibility.
* Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional projects with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
* Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking products, cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage external partners, and navigate competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Prior experience successfully leading and managing a team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
* Significant experience operating within a large, complex organization, with exposure to sophisticated treasury operations, governance structures, and scale‑driven challenges.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* CTP or CCM strongly preferred.
