Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Analyst II based in Osceola, AR, offering flexibility for some remote work. The Accounting Analyst II will focus on preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial statements and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing financial analysis, addressing discrepancies, managing financial records, and supporting overall accounting and finance objectives.
The position also involves collaborating with team members to improve processes and implement best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Accounting principles
- Proficiency in handling Journal Entries and financial record management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Drives results through collaborative streamlining and process improvement as needed
- Supports company compliance of Section 404 of Sarbanes‑Oxley by adhering to and upholding internal controls
- Answering internal and external audit requests timely and with completeness and accuracy
- Experience in managing and overseeing prepaids and accruals and related schedules
- Knowledge of intercompany tasks and reconciliations
- Skilled in month end close, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and schedules
- Proficient in excel and some knowledge of Power BI
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
