This is a full-time, remote position for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)  Inc. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial risks, and ensuring organizational financial compliance. Key responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, providing financial reporting, and collaborating with other departments to achieve financial goals. The CFO will play a critical leadership role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and growth within the evolving digital asset industry.

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and executing financial strategies.
• Strong ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements.
• Skilled in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess risks, opportunities, and the financial health of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Strong experience in digital asset or financial services industries is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
