Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Insights Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification, verification, and approval process. Once approved, Capital Insights Analysts: promote within the platform, gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical engagements, deliver data-driven insights to investors, fund managers, and operators, support live transactions with rigorous financial and market analysis, and build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score.

• Senior Capital Insights Analyst – Rating Score: 90–100 – Pay: $150–$200/hour – Typical Background:
  Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real assets, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction, valuation, or investment analysis experience.
• Lead Capital Insights Analyst – Rating Score: 80–89 – Pay: $100–$150/hour – Typical Background:
  Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in modeling, valuation, diligence, or investment research.
• Capital Insights Analyst / Associate – Rating Score: 60–79 – Pay: $50–$100/hour – Typical Background:
  Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills and demonstrated analytical performance.

• Build and review 3-statement financial models.
• Perform commercial real estate underwriting.
• Conduct DCF and LBO valuation analyses.
• Execute sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Prepare comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
• Develop football field valuation summaries.
• Analyze cash flows, capital efficiency, and return drivers.
• Identify key value creation levers and downside risks.
• Translate financial outputs into investor-ready insights.
• Support pricing, structuring, and investment positioning.
• Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational diligence.
• Assess transaction and execution risks.
• Support investment memos, IC materials, and investor presentations.

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training.
• Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Capital Insights).
• Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform.
• Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work.

• Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment.
• Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training.
• Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent).

• Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines visibility and ranking on the platform.
• Approved work categories.
• Recommended hourly rates.
• Scores are dynamically updated based on performance, quality, and client feedback.
