Sr. Actuarial Analyst - Medicare

• Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, and risk assessment for Medicare Fee for Service (FFS) claims and other expenses
• Support Medicare Fee For Service (FFS) and other expense forecasting
• Develop probability tables based on statistical analysis and other pertinent data
• Create and run data reports to identify emerging trends and gaps
• Communicate financial and analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum combination of 5 years of experience and passed actuarial exams (Rule of
  5)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of project tasks with general guidance from senior staff

• Experience in a healthcare-related actuarial role
• Additional actuarial exams passed beyond the minimum requirement
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage markets
• Proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
• Previous experience in financial forecasting and analysis
