Senior Mortgage Loan Originator​/Producing Sales Manager - Oregon

• Utilize technology tools for communication, pipeline tracking, and documentation

• Active NMLS license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and maintain a client‑focused approach
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Ability to comply with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Experience in various lending channels including retail, wholesale, and broker capabilities
• Familiarity with specialty loan programs such as down payment assistance, physician loans, and renovation financing
• Previous experience utilizing CRM and workflow tools for mortgage origination
• Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced mortgage environment
• Knowledge of innovative marketing strategies for personal branding and client engagement
