Your Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $27.31 - $34.13 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $27.31 - $40.96.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough investigations, interviewing victims, witnesses, and suspects, and collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve fraud and BSA concerns.
  • Document findings in case management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends.
  • Provide training to staff on fraud-related topics to support positive member experiences while effectively mitigating fraud risk.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in the areas of retail operations, BSA/AML, fraud or compliance at a financial institution.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
In Addition:
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work. This role can be based out of our Tacoma or Alderwood corporate offices.
