Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance
As a member of the Enterprise Payments Finance team, the Consumer Payments Finance Director will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, performance tracking and reporting, and strategic finance in support of debit, credit, and emerging payment solutions within the Enterprise Payments organization. This senior leader will partner closely with the Enterprise Payments leadership team to drive top‑quartile outcomes through deep and insightful analytics.
The role includes long‑range planning, monthly results analysis and forecasting, product and profitability analysis, and business case building and tracking.
- Provide consistent, clear, and proactive decision support to the Payments organization while coordinating across multiple revenue and support areas.
- Lead the Long‑Range Plan (LRP), monthly financial results, forecast cycles, and performance reporting.
- Partner closely with the Consumer & Relationship Banking finance team to ensure forecast alignment, transparency, and timely communication of risks and opportunities.
- Identify, analyze, and forecast performance and profitability drivers across payment products.
- Collaborate with Consumer Payments business leaders to build business cases and deliver insights necessary to support strategic decision‑making and optimize investment capacity.
- Interpret KPIs, highlight trends requiring management attention, and present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, balancing aggressive timelines and multiple concurrent priorities with composure and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience (FP&A, corporate finance, financial management)
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced certification.
- Strong experience in payments, card, or related financial services (highly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated analytical skill set with strong critical thinking and attention to material financial drivers.
- Proven ability to proactively manage assignments, identify issues, and move work forward with limited direction.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including talent development, performance management, and team mentoring.
- Self‑starter with strong multitasking skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Direct experience with debit, credit card, or emerging payments technologies and industry economics.
- Experience developing business cases, profitability analyses, and financial decision frameworks.
- Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

CompensationRange
$125000-$255000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
