Spreetail is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic finance partner to our Merchandising organization. In this role, you will deliver actionable financial insights through analysis, reporting, and modeling, supporting assortment, pricing, and vendor decisions with data-driven recommendations. You will own budget and forecast processes and increase financial visibility into category performance and margin drivers.

• Lead the development and management of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver variance analysis and meaningful insights on actuals versus forecast/budget to inform business decisions.
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards that track financial and operational performance across departments.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand objectives, manage budgets, and provide financial guidance.
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and the quality of financial insights.

• Lead financial planning initiatives using advanced Excel modeling and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build trust across cross-functional teams by clearly and transparently communicating complex financial concepts.
• Deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments by managing competing priorities and executing projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with business units to drive organizational performance through rigorous analysis and aligned execution.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data integrity while approaching challenges with initiative and effective time management.

$90,000 - $120,000 a year.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year to $120,000/year. Pay is based on factors including geographic market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
