A financial institution is seeking an Emerging Market Mortgage Loan Originator to generate mortgage loans and develop referral networks. This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential mortgages, strong knowledge of loan products, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. You'll be responsible for originating loans, ensuring documentation completeness, and overseeing the timely closing and funding of loans.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and candidates must obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator License.
