Compensation:
$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income and working on live deals across our network.

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Strategy Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process.

Once approved, analysts:

Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work

Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions

Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Analyst
· Lead Analyst
· Analyst / Associate Analyst

Senior Analyst

Rating Score: 90–100

Pay: $150–$200/hour

Typical Background:
Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years of experience

Lead Analyst

Rating Score: 80–89

Pay: $100–$150/hour

Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of deal or modeling experience

Analyst / Associate

Rating Score: 60–79

Pay: $50–$100/hour

Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical performance

Depending on your certification approvals, Capital Strategy Analysts may be engaged for:

DCF / LBO modeling

Sensitivity and scenario analysis

Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

“Football field” valuation summaries

Deal structuring analysis and term comparison

Capital stack evaluation and financing strategy

Investment committee materials and support

Capital markets and fundraising support analytics

Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

Commercial and operational diligence

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Capital Strategy)

Get verified on the platform

Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

Visibility on the platform

Approved work categories

Recommended hourly rates

Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

Provide investment advice

Solicit securities

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
