Position OverviewThe Senior Operations Finance Analyst will support the U.S. business with a clearly split scope: approximately 50% of the role focused on Billing and Accounts Receivable operations, and 50% dedicated to accounting close, financial reporting, and performance management.
The position combines hands‑on execution with analytical responsibilities, ensuring accurate billing, a reliable month‑end close, and clear financial insights for the business. This role is predominantly remote, with an expectation to work from the office approximately once per week.
Key Responsibilities- Billing Ownership: Own the end‑to‑end billing process, from timesheet validation to invoicing, billing issuance, and cash collection.
- Project Operations: Coordinate project‑related financial operations to ensure accurate, timely, and policy‑compliant billing and AR processes.
- Process Control: Act as the primary control point to ensure billing execution is complete, consistent, and on time.
- Month‑End Close: Lead and ensure an accurate and timely month‑end close, overseeing main accounting activities.
- International Reporting: Coordinate with international teams to meet group financial reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, including actuals versus budget and forecast, and clearly explain key variances to the business.
- Payroll Coordination: Coordinate payroll processes with external providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Tax & Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with external tax advisors to ensure timely tax filings and full compliance with local regulations.
- Experience: 5 years of finance experience in corporate finance is required.
