Technical Director - Insurance Federal & Corp Tax - Remote

We’re seeking an experienced tax professional with deep expertise in
** Insurance Federal and Corporate Tax
** to join our team as a
** Technical Director, Tax**. This role is ideal for someone who has built their career within a
** Big 4 firm or public accounting environment
** and has significant experience supporting complex insurance industry clients. Candidates with personal tax backgrounds will not be a fit; we are specifically seeking corporate-focused, insurance-oriented tax leadership.
* Previous work in
** Big 4 or public accounting
** with insurance industry clients
* Proven ability to manage complex consolidated tax matters, including planning, compliance, audit management, and regulatory interpretation
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure information, workflows, and processes effectively
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical tax concepts for business leaders
* Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while partnering closely with cross-functional teams

Extensive experience in
** Insurance Federal Tax
** and
** Corporate Tax** (life, P&C, or multi-line insurance strongly preferred)
