What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for financial advisors within your geographical territory
  • Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support for novice and experienced advisors to enhance their financial planning business
  • Conduct coaching program advisor focus groups and support training sessions
  • Deliver agency training on key financial concepts and practice management approaches
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and other team members to drive strategic implementation
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 10+ years of experience in investment management and financial planning
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with investment management and financial planning products
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance and wealth management products
  • Ability to travel upwards of 50%
  • Must pass a non‑registered fingerprinted background check as part of the hiring process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field
  • FINRA Licensing - Series 7 and 66 (or 65 + 63) at the time of application
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by financial advisors as small business owners
  • Proven ability to sell across multiple financial products
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both live and virtual formats
