Business Overview

Freedom Capital Markets (FCM) is the investment banking and equity capital markets arm of Prime Executions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC) an internationally diversified financial services company. FCM is looking for a Senior Equity Research Analyst to cover Industrial Technologies, which broadly encompass IoT, Robotics, Automation, Supply Chain, Digital Industry, Manufacturing, Aerospace etc.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver independent investment research and recommendations to institutional investors through published reports, financial models and client contact.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and databases, perform company and industry analysis, construct and articulate differentiated investment theses, and cultivate commercially aligned relationships with key stakeholders including institutional sales, trading and corporate issuers.
  • Drive corporate access offerings that connect company management teams with investors via conferences, non-deal road shows and bespoke events.
  • Collaborate with and mentor our growing team of internationally based analysts in Europe and Central Asia, raising the profile and quality of our current products and services.
  • Collaborate with senior management on continued US market expansion and product offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in equity research (recent sell-side experience strongly preferred).
  • Expertise in financial and business performance models
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree, CFA, CPA or international equivalent preferred
  • Established relationships with management teams and institutional investors
FINRA Registrations Required
  • Series 7, 63, 86, 87
Location

New York – Hybrid

The successful candidate is preferred to be geographically accessible to our New York office. However, work from home flexibility will be considered.

Compensation

An expected salary range between $200,000-$300,000 plus bonuses annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on number of factors. Freedom Capital Markets also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
