Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

• Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data to support decision‑making processes
• Prepare and interpret financial analysis and forecasts for leadership
• Serve as a knowledge resource to operations managers, providing financial information and recommendations
• Collaborate with managers to ensure sound financial recommendations are made
• Monitor the company’s short‑ and long‑term financial position

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; or Associate degree with nine years of experience; or thirteen years of experience in accounting or finance within a healthcare setting
• Minimum of four years of experience in accounting, finance, or decision support
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting independent financial analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and make sound recommendations
• Must not have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Experience with in a healthcare setting in accounting and finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license awarded by the state of Wisconsin
• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHEP) certification awarded by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
• Experience using spreadsheet software with knowledge of functions and databases
