This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor located in Newport Beach, CA. The role involves ensuring the smooth and timely processing of mortgage loan applications, reviewing and verifying financial documents, collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and clients, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Some remote work is permissible to support work-life balance and flexibility.
Qualifications- Experience with Mortgage Industry and understanding industry regulations
- Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Loan Processing
- Familiarity with Underwriting practices and loan documentation
- Strong knowledge of Loans and related financial procedures
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and clients
- Proficiency in relevant software systems used for loan processing
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage
- Must have an NMLS #
