* ** Educational background:
** Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* ** Client service experience:
** You have 5+ years of financial industry experience with demonstrated commitment to providing superior client service and high-touch relationship management. Understanding of wealth management and experience in a client service role working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients is preferred.
* ** Strong communicator:
** You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with HNW clients, colleagues, custodians, and service teams.
* ** You put clients first:
** You engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You go the extra mile because it's the right thing to do.
* ** You are organized:
** You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
* ** You know that details matter:

** You work well in a team setting but also take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
* ** Technically proficient:
** You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat); comfortable working with internal platforms and systems.
