Responsibilities
  • Prospect financial professionals and independent advisors to promote Ameritas Retirement Plan products
  • Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan services
  • Collaborate with internal wholesalers for territory development and management
  • Conduct retirement plan presentations to encourage business placement with Ameritas
  • Act as liaison between clients and the Home Office, providing local service as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans and financial services
  • Life insurance license required, along with Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 securities licenses or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for interaction with distribution partners
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of professionalism and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retirement plan sales within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated proactive selling skills
  • Familiarity with various retirement plan products and services
  • Established network within the financial advisor community
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
