• Assist clients in navigating the mortgage process by providing expert guidance on loan options and terms.
• Process loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with TILA regulations.
• Utilize financial software to analyze client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline loan origination and enhance customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best advice.

THIS IS A PHONE INTENSIVE PERFORMANCE-BASED SALES POSITION WITH THE MAJORITY OF COMPENSATION COMING FROM PRODUCTION. You can't coast and collect a paycheck in this role. We are ONLY seeking full-time, committed sales professionals who want to advance to the next level. We will give you all the tools to succeed. If you commit to us, we will commit to your success.
