This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Coral Gables, FL, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, pre-qualifications, and delivering tailored lending solutions. You will prospect for new clients, build strong customer relationships, evaluate financial profiles, and collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure seamless loan processing.

Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines will also be a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending processes
• Experience in Underwriting and Loans analysis
• Knowledge of Finance principles and the mortgage industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to develop and maintain client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with financial and lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Licensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) as per the NMLS guidelines
