• Prepare financial analyses and risk assessments related to product line profitability and performance
• Collaborate with operating units to prepare annual forecasts, budgets, and perform monthly close activities
• Create and interpret financial and operational reports, ensuring adequate presentation of data
• Review junior staff s work to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate monthly dashboard reports and assist in preparing presentations for the board

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience in health insurance, hospital, and/or physician groups
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• CPA or CHFP certification
• Experience in project management and working knowledge of healthcare insurance industry
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines effectively
