• Oversee the procure to pay function, ensuring timely and accurate accruals, processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize company liquidity
• Implement opportunities to streamline procure to pay and treasury processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to procure to pay and treasury operations, supporting overall financial transparency
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

• 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting, with a solid background in accounts payable and treasury management
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to drive financial efficiency and support strategic initiatives
• Experience in maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies
• Proven ability to manage financial operations and identify process improvements

• Experience in implementing automation tools for procure to pay and treasury functions
• Familiarity with Net Suite, Workday, or similar ERP systems
• Background in the healthcare or technology industry
• Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Experience with cash management and liquidity forecasting
