• Support the National BI Analytics Leader in executing MMA’s analytics strategy to enhance client retention and growth
• Analyze claims data and trends using analytical tools to improve risk management techniques
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives to develop customized service strategies for clients
• Provide educational presentations on analytical capabilities to account team staff
• Manage time effectively to prioritize workload and client service requests

• BS/BA in insurance & risk management, actuarial science, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics
• 2 to 5 years of insurance analytics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills

• Property & Casualty underwriting experience with a focus on analytics
• Property & Casualty Actuarial experience
• Knowledge of property & casualty insurance analytics concepts and tools
