• Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Revenue Cycle
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop and implement new hire onboarding materials
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and compliance of organizational functions and processes
• Analyze and identify opportunities for procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue
• Act as a key point of contact for resolving client and audit issues with attention to detail

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or five (5) years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required;
  Access is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices is essential

• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
