We’re looking for a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) who will team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Compensation

Edward Jones believes in a human‑centered approach to partnering for positive impact and shares the success with associates through discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance.

  • Hiring Minimum: $22.50
  • Hiring Maximum: $24.36
  • Opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
