Staff Accountant

• Manage the full-cycle General Ledger process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely month-end close
• Handle daily bank activities and cash positioning, including initiating wire/ACH transfers
• Perform monthly reconciliations for key operational accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Update cash flow models to assist in predicting future working capital needs
• Serve as a point of contact for external auditors and assist in preparing compliance documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of accounting or treasury experience, including relevant internships
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proven attention to detail with the ability to reconcile complex data sets
• CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA certification

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Sage Intacct) and treasury management software
• Background in a high-growth environment or with debt-serviced organizations
