Remote Senior U.S. Compliance & BSA​/AML Lead

A leading cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a Compliance professional to oversee U.S. regulatory relationships and governance processes. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in compliance with a financial institution, and expertise in consumer and financial crimes compliance. This role includes managing regulatory exams and developing materials for high-level stakeholders. In-person participation is required throughout the year, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Competitive salary range of $162,010—$190,600 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
