• Analyze and review income tax records and returns for tax planning opportunities
• Partner with professionals to deliver tax planning strategies for clients
• Stay updated on income tax laws and planning trends
• Consult with legal and financial professionals to implement strategies for clients
• Research and analyze tax issues to support advisors

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Active CPA license or JD required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant individual income tax experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex tax concepts
• Familiarity with income tax planning software and tools

• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals
• Additional business or trust and estate tax experience
