Job OverviewBranch Office Administrators (BOAs) team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We’re proud to serve over nine million clients. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client support team and contribute to our success through their unique experiences and professional backgrounds.
We’ll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing:
- Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
- Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listening for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Providing exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Account management: learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, handling account transfers and other requests; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
- Administrative and operational support: work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives; streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing on the branch business plan
- Technology: strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software

Full‑time Associates receive the following benefits:
