Senior Revenue Operations Accountant

• Manage the sales to payment process for district customers and donors
• Oversee customer collections and serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries
• Record transaction‑level cash activity from various sources and maintain accuracy in accounting systems
• Collaborate with Sales and Philanthropy teams to resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Prepare cash‑related accruals and month‑end close activities related to accounts receivable

• More than 3 years of experience managing revenue data and accounts receivable
• Proficient in Excel and able to process large data sets
• Extensive experience with CRM systems and overseeing payment processing activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness

• Experience managing revenue data within the nonprofit sector
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and various payment processors like Stripe and Pay Pal
• Willingness to commute to the Mountain View office once a week
