The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. - Full‑time associates receive a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, short‑ and long‑term disability, basic life, basic AD&D, a 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, and flexible spending account. Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, e‑mail, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
