As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) you’ll team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, enabling success for nine million clients.

Role Requirements
  • Client service: Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
  • Account management: Learn the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the advisor’s direction. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & operational support: Work independently at the advisor’s direction. Manage scheduling, prepare materials for meetings, handle correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes with updated SOPs.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
