This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at The Valley Mortgage Team in Tempe, AZ, with some opportunities to work from home. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for managing the loan origination process, working directly with clients to understand their financial goals, identifying suitable loan products, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved. The position also involves fostering client relationships, evaluating creditworthiness, assisting with paperwork, and staying informed on current mortgage trends, regulations, and products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to evaluate creditworthiness, understand financial products, and match clients with suitable loan options
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs and guiding decision-making
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations, market trends, and financial lending policies is preferred
• Prior experience or licensing in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other loan origination tools
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
