What role will you play?As a Junior Associate on the Real Estate team, you will support the acquisition, management, and disposition of its real estate investments (both direct real estate and platform investments) in the U.S. As an investment professional in our Real Estate team, you will be an integral part of deal teams investing and managing opportunistic investments while working closely with senior members of the U.S. team.
You will work with the senior team to source and execute new investment opportunities, assist with due diligence and other analysis of real estate assets and platform companies operating in the real estate sector.
Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $135,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
What you offer- At least 3 years' experience within investment banking, private equity, or funds management
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant subject
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of corporate finance, investment and business reporting
- Any knowledge and experience you have in the real estate sector is advantageous
