The Processing Coordinator II opportunity offers an experienced operations professional the chance to play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of routine and non‑routine transactions within a fast‑paced financial services environment. This position leverages deep knowledge of brokerage systems, processes, and regulations while serving as a trusted subject‑matter resource to peers and business partners. The role emphasizes ownership of complex and escalated issues, collaboration across departments and with branches, and the ability to exercise sound judgment when activities fall outside standard procedures.
In addition to core processing responsibilities, the position provides meaningful opportunities to informally lead through knowledge sharing, influence process improvements, and contribute to efficiencies that positively impact clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders—all while remaining an individual contributor.
Serves as a point of guidance for peers
, drawing on multiple information sources to assess impacts across systems and processes. Functions include verifying documentation for completeness, performing account adjustments and calculations for exceptions and corrections, and leading effective communication with financial advisors, internal headquarters associates, and vendors.Demonstrates a strong understanding of the brokerage industry and in‑depth knowledge of departmental and cross‑functional systems, processes, and procedures
