This is a full-time flexible hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning, retirement planning, investment advice, and financial advisory services. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their financial needs, developing tailored financial plans, managing client investments, and monitoring their financial progress to ensure they reach their goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field and or equivalent experience in sales or financial industry are beneficial
• History of lead generation and networking presence preferred
