In this position you will be taught how to process mortgage loan applications from initial application through loan funding. This is a fast-paced job. Extensive training will be provided. Responsibilities will increase, as will compensation and promotion opportunities.

W2 full-time salaried employee position.

Our office is in the Rocklin/Loomis area and on-site presence is preferred, but remote employees will be considered.

• File Preparation for underwriting
• Clearing approval conditions
• Prepping files for closing
• Pipeline Management:
  Update and track information with current and up to date information. Must track all items ordered, received and/or still lacking. Provide detailed comments in the conversation log every time a file is handled.

• Can legally work in USA without sponsorship
• Excellent mathematical aptitude as it relates to income calculation
• Must have excellent verbal skills and written communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be comfortable using a computer all day and be willing to learn new software packages, including utilization of AI
• Comfortable speaking to clients directly on the phone throughout the day as needed
• Must be able to provide positive job references
• Clear background check with no criminal record and positive credit rating required

• Mortgage or Banking Industry Experience of 2+ years desirable
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin is highly desirable
• Associates or Bachelors Degree is highly desirable
• Stable work experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent mathematical aptitude as it relates to income calculation (W2s, 1040s, self-employed borrowers, bonus income, stock options, etc.)
• Ability to work extra hours as business needs change is highly desirable
• Ability to work onsite is highly desirable
• Live within a 20-minute commute of Rocklin is highly desirable
