Overview
Summary: The Equipment Finance Ops Analyst 1 is responsible for processing invoices for payment. This includes validating that invoices have proper approvals, entering invoices for multiple vendor types, processing checks, verifying information for accuracy, and mailing checks.
Responsibilities- Verify invoices have proper approval consistent with company guidelines.
- Accurately and timely enter data for Asset Finance payable invoices.
- Review and process compliance check requests for monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax payments.
- Review and process integrated funding transactions from various loan and leasing systems into the payables system.
- Mail/Distribute checks. End of day balancing for checks/wires using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Research and follow up on payable inquiries submitted through an internal accounts payable ticket system.
- Provide back-up support for the Disbursements Department and complete other duties as assigned.
- Basic Qualifications: Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Efficient PC Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with loan and leasing payable system integrated processing into payables system
- Exempt Status:
Yes = not eligible for overtime pay;

Compensation The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
