This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Professional based in Charlotte, NC, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Financial Professional will assist clients in developing financial strategies by offering tailored insurance and investment solutions to meet their goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing financial plans, and providing advice on financial management, retirement plans, and investment opportunities.
Collaborating with clients to align solutions with their objectives and staying informed about financial industry trends is key.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge or experience in financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement solutions
- Organizational, time management, and analytical skills to create and manage financial plans
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a hybrid work environment
- Licensure with NYLIFE Securities LLC and/or Eagle Strategies LLC, or ability to obtain required certifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with current financial regulations and industry practices is advantageous
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
