The Finance Manager at PT Kudeungo Sugata Indonesia (Sugata) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, accounting, tax compliance, and driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.

Finance Management

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds to support ongoing operations and future growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions, investment opportunities, and risk management.
• Maintain strong financial controls and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.

Accounting and Reporting

• Supervise and ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure precision and timeliness.

Tax Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all local and international tax regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and relevant government institutions for tax planning and audit support.
• Prepare and submit tax reports and filings on time to avoid penalties and maintain compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Proven track record in managing complex financial operations and tax compliance in a multinational or a commodity trading organization.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
