In this position, you’ll provide administrative, customer service, and sales support to licensed advisors and their clients. This is a strong opportunity to grow your career in financial services while gaining exposure to investment operations and client relationship management.
Note, this is an in-office position with ability to work from home one day per week.
** Key Accountabilities
*** Support investment and insurance sales by establishing new accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
* Provide responsive service by answering client questions, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
* Ensure accurate transaction processing by submitting documentation, monitoring trade settlements, and coordinating with Operations.
* Maintain compliance by following BSA, KYC/KYA/CIP, and internal risk management policies.
* Enter financial planning data and CRM notes to support client relationship management.
* Assist with audits, onboarding new colleagues, and contributing to team or line-of-business projects.
** Education & Experience

* Required:

*** Associate’s Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
** Preferred:
*** 1- 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
