Cost Reporting - Senior Reimbursement Analyst​/Remote

Overview

Employer Industry: Corporate Finance and Reimbursement Services

• Coordinate and file third-party cost reports for compliance and accuracy
• Calculate and record monthly net revenues using contractual models
• Assess reimbursement impacts of regulatory and contractual changes
• Prepare reconciliations and work papers for financial audits
• Respond to third-party audit requests and maintain knowledge of reimbursement regulations

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of reimbursement experience, including preparation, audit, or review of hospital cost reports
• General knowledge of third-party reimbursement mechanisms
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel

• Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance in healthcare
• Additional certifications in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with reimbursement regulations and industry standards
• Strong communication skills for liaising with auditors and stakeholders
