This full-time hybrid role, based in Hattiesburg, MS, allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Controller, you will oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will lead financial planning, monitor cash flows, and supervise accounting processes, contributing to the company's overall financial health.

• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with an aptitude for data analysis
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)
• Previous experience in a similar role within business operations or finance
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an advantage
