Hyperion Business Process Analyst; Hybrid or Remote - eastern time zone

• Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Participate in monthly financial consolidation for the employer and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, focusing on accuracy and continuous improvement
• Analyze consolidated financial data, proactively identifying discrepancies and driving resolution
• Design and optimize consolidated reporting tools and processes for enhanced visibility and usability of financial data

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation in a multinational group or consultancy firm
• Hands‑on experience with consolidation tools such as HFM, SAP BPC, or One Stream
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear guidance and instructions

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and building effective relationships across organizational levels
• Familiarity with internal controls and SOX compliance
