** The Job
** As Senior Treasury Officer, you will be responsible for daily monitoring and processing of the bank accounts, preparation of weekly payments and Intercompany reconciliation. You will also act as the administrator in the setting up of the banks, setting up approvers, users etc. You initiate process improvements surrounding the activities with the goal of making the processes more efficient, effective and reduce cost.

You perform month end close tasks surrounding bank and cash pool reconciliation and you will reconcile Inter Company positions between STICHD entities and with the PUMA entities.
You will closely work together with the Accounts Receivable team, Financial Control team and Accounts Payable team as well with key players within the organization regarding payments. You will also be in contact with suppliers and colleagues within the PUMA organization to ensure smooth processes. You will monitor, report and take responsibility for the results.
You actively identify improvements in processes and work implement them in practice. You are part of the finance department and report to Team Lead Accounts Payable & Treasury.
** Your Mission
*** Daily processing of the bank transactions ensuring the transactions are processed timely and on the correct subledgers;
* Ensure transactions on the suspense accounts are cleared in a timely manner;
* Prepare the weekly payments to pay our suppliers and the monthly salary payments. Ensure the payments are approved and send to the bank in a timely matter;
* Execute the monthly netting of intercompany positions;
* Accurate and timely monthly reconciliation of Inter Company positions between STICHD entities as well as between STICHD and PUMA;
* Perform the role as administrator in the setup and working of bank environments. As such build relationships with Treasury PUMA as well with the bank;
* Building relationship within the organisation;
* Execute month end and year end closing activities relating to cashpool, suspense accounts and bank accounts;
* Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the positions relating to banks, suspense accounts and Inter Company positions;
* Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
** Your Talent
*** You have a MBO+ or HBO degree in Finance or Accounting and have several years of experience within a similar position;
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in an international organization;
* Experience in SAP is preferred;
* Entrepreneurial approach to role with high energy, initiative and innovation;
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing and negotiating skills;
* Advanced problem-solving skills combined with solutions oriented thinking;
* Positive result driven attitude;
* Can-do mentality;
* English on proficiency level.
* This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
