The EPIC Treasury Associate we are looking for:
We are a fast-growing, fast-paced Fin Tech company seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations related to provider funding, payment execution, and cash management across multiple payment methods. This role is critical for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant movement of funds tied to loan originations, payment adjustments, and cancellations.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with ACH and wire payments, eager to develop their technical skills (including Excel), and thrives in a collaborative, transaction-focused environment. Training will be provided, but a strong foundation and willingness to learn are essential.

As a Treasury Associate, you will:

  • Support daily treasury operations related to provider funding and payment execution across:
    • ACH (consumer and commercial)
    • Hybrid funding programs
    • Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms
  • Process, review, and reconcile payments associated with:
    • Loan originations
    • Funding adjustments
    • Cancellations and reversals
  • Monitor daily cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity for operational funding needs.
  • Assist with short-term cash forecasting related to funding volumes and settlement timing.
  • Perform bank and platform reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support ACH return tracking, investigations, and documentation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across high-volume, time-sensitive transactions.
  • Assist with banking and payment partner administration, including account maintenance and access controls.
  • Prepare and maintain treasury reports, including daily cash positions and funding activity summaries.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Enablement, and Risk/Compliance teams.
  • Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives as the company scales.
Requirements Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or payments.
  • Familiarity with commercial ACH and wire transfer processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for delivering accurate work on tight timelines.
  • Experience in a Fin Tech, payments, or financial services environment.
  • Exposure to Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms or fintech payment ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) or payment platforms.
  • Understanding of ACH returns, funding exceptions, or payment risk controls.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel (additional training will be provided).
  • 401k with 4% company match.
